Director Internacional en Netquest

Joaquim Bretcha es economista por la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) y post-graduado por la IESE Business School. Presidente de ESOMAR 2019-2020, la asociación global de la comunidad de Data e Insights, durante los 11 últimos años ha expandido el negocio internacional de Netquest como Director Internacional.

Ambas responsabilidades le habilitan un permanente contacto con la comunidad internacional de los Insights y estar al día de las últimas tendencias. Presentador habitual en congresos, ha presentado papers en distintos foros europeos, americanos y asiáticos.

Previamente, ha servido como Director de Marketing y Compras de la filial española de supermercados Auchan, como Retail Director en Kantar Worldpanel y Director de Merchandising en la filial de supermercados Carrefour España. Co-fundador de la ONG “Health Us Nepal”, cuyo objetivo es llevar salud a la remota región de Humla, ha sido TEDx Talker en Inglaterra.

Simon Chadwick

Managing Partner of Cambiar Consulting

Simon is Managing Partner of Cambiar Consulting, a change management consulting firm he founded in 2004. Prior to this, he was Global CEO of NOP World as well as of four research companies within Kantar in Europe and the U.S.

Simon is deeply involved in the insights industry. He was the inaugural Chair of the Insights Association and is Editor-in-Chief of Research World. He and his colleagues are frequent contributors at conferences and seminars.

He is a prolific writer, having published over 400 articles on the research profession, and is author of For the People: A Citizen’s Manifesto to Shaping Our Nation’s Future, an in-depth study of American politics and society.

Simon is a Fellow of the Market Research Society and a Laureate of the Insights Association, and holds a Masters in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.

Alexander Falser

Head of Consumer Intelligence at Tchibo

Alexander, an Austrian based in Hamburg, is currently heading the Consumer Intelligence division of the retail company Tchibo, a pioneer of German e-commerce that also has several thousand urban stores and corners with its brand in other retailers and enjoys great prestige in the German and Central European markets.

With a Masters in Economics, Alexander has developed an extensive career in the area of market research and Insights in multinationals, both in Germany and Switzerland.

After several years on the agency side he moved to Philip Morris International, mainly responsible for market research for the Marlboro brand. He continued as head of Market Intelligence for Nestlé Germany to later serve as Director of Consumer & Business Insights for McDonald’s Germany.
